Our offices will be closed from Friday 23rd December 2022. Orders received after this date will be processed when we re-open on the 28th of December. Orders received after the 29th of December will be despatched when we re-open on the 3rd January 2023.
Please note that Paint & Paper Library products are bespoke and therefore tinted to order. Unfortunately we are therefore unable to accept any returns.
Delivery info
When will my order arrive?
Our Standard Delivery is currently dispatched in 4 to 5 working days. Royal Mail/Whistl deliveries can take up to 7 days from the date of dispatch. Priority orders (dispatched within one working day) cost an additional £5.
Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, however if your order is received by 3PM (Mon-Fri) we will aim to dispatch it on the same day.
Deliveries are made by courier within their standard operating hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
If I order today, when can I expect delivery?
Priority orders (dispatched within one working day) cost an additional £5.
